We needed a wheelchair-accessible home, and we needed someone who would be patient and understanding of our needs when we were visiting houses. It’s not everybody who understands how to do those things - but Daniela got it. Besides the normal functions of getting us access to homes on the market and making helpful suggestions, when we found a home we really liked she guided us in making an offer that was sufficiently competitive to be chosen for further negotiations. Once the sale price was finalized, Daniela took charge in selecting the appropriate inspectors to review the property, and then selected contractors to address a couple of issues uncovered by the inspections. With repair estimates in hand, Daniela negotiated a reduction in the sale price to cover the repairs.
